In this work, with my niece Nikki's portrait in mind, I wanted to illustrate the woman who is honoring the sacredness of the hummingbirds in Native Culture. This mystical animal is the one bringing the prayers from the People to the Creator.

The Image was transfered on canvas and is extensively Hand Enhenced by the Artist Himself with Acrylics.
